Spacious and bright rooms, I didn't want to leave.
The whole experience met the criteria, I would stay here again. Was able to cook myself - a fully equipped kitchen was available.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Diplomat's Abr Trikoupi 95. the apartment had a stunning view of Mount Lycabettus and a lovely rooftop terrace. the rooms were equipped with everything I needed and the staff, especially Manager Yannis, were incredibly helpful with all of our questions and requests. I also enjoyed the fact that the neighborhood had a more local, non-touristy feel to it. There were plenty of local cafes and restaurants nearby, and the bus stop right in front of the building made it convenient to explore the city. a great choice for accommodation. Cons: Cannot find any fault 👍.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to Syntagma Square. The neighborhood had plenty of nice restaurants and a lively atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by the brand new building, room, and furniture. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic kitchen and toilet facilities. The building also had an elevator and a lovely rooftop area. Despite some drawbacks, the manager of the property was really helpful and friendly. When we had issues with dirty blankets and towels, they promptly came to change them for us. They also explained how to turn on the hot water, although it was a bit strange to have to use a panel for that in a hotel.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of sound isolation made it difficult to sleep at night, as we could hear people screaming outside.

I have to say that the person who checked me in was very kind and accommodating. Despite arriving early in the morning, he allowed me to check in and gave me the room. He also helped me with my luggage, which I appreciated. the location of the hotel was quite convenient, with a nice neighborhood and plenty of good restaurants nearby.
The room was extremely noisy, with no sound-proofing whatsoever. I could hear every conversation from the other rooms, as well as noise from outside and the staircase.

The hotel is located in the vibrant Exarchia area, which is close to main attractions and relatively close to the city center. the administration is super welcoming and helpful with any questions. the rooms are equipped with all the necessary staff, including a great iron and hair-dryer. the bed is comfortable, and there is a well-equipped kitchen for convenience. the apartment also has a balcony with a great view, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine.
The sound isolation in the hotel could be improved.

The property was extremely tidy and well-organized, with clean cutlery, dishes, and bedding. the washroom had a fantastic view from the top-floor terrace, which was accessible to all guests. Plenty of nearby restaurants, markets, and coffee shops within walking distance.
Felt like family, no reason to complain.

Great area, walkable to city and restaurants nearby. More tourist accommodations popping up. Dumpsters burned by protesters due to unsustainable housing for locals. Bright, clean, spacious apartment with comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Easy check-in, attentive staff. Rooftop offers stunning city views. Close to main attractions, good coffee places. Well-equipped kitchenette for self-catering. Polite staff, good location. Generally good for 2-3 nights. Good WiFi.
